Mizoram, from my Balcony!

Mr L Sailo who retired as director of information & public relations, Government of Mizoram, served in various capacities besides being the press secretary to the chief minister. He was appointed as Special Officer for Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Aizawl Centre which he had helped start in the Mizoram University Campus in August 2011.  Public Relations Council of India, at its Bangalore session, admitted him into the prestigious `Hall of Fame’ in 2009.
