A Helping Hand For The People
Atma Foundation has started a Covid Facility Center at the Don Bosco School, Park Circus for the people
In these times of adversities when finding a hospital bed is a real struggle, the Atma Foundation has extended a helping hand to the people.
In association with Rotary Club of Behala, Unigrow Solutions, and Proem Hospitality, Atma Foundation has started a Covid Facility Center at the Don Bosco School, Park Circus.
The center, set up under the supervision of Dr. Atanu Saha and Madhumita Saha, is treating Covid patients with mild to moderate symptoms and medical needs.
The centre located at the Don Bosco School, Park Circus has 30 beds with 24 hours oxygen facility. Doctors are available round the clock to treat and take care of the patients.
At present the centre has no facility for treating critically ill patients, however, there are all sorts of arrangements for Covid patients in the initial stage. The cost per bed ranges between INR 2000-2500, inclusive of treatment and food for the patient.
The initiative by the foundation has been immense in distributing the medical emergency in the state during the pandemic.
