HSSLC Results to Be Declared on 5 May, Confirms MBoSE

The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE) will declare the HSSLC 2025 results for Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams on 5 May. Students can access their results online via official and partner websites.

In what will be a red-letter day for thousands of students across Meghalaya, the results of the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examinations 2025 for Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams are set to be declared on Monday, 5 May, as per an official announcement from the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE).

Confirming the much-anticipated development on Friday, T.R. Laloo, Director, Accreditation and Controller of Examinations, MBoSE, stated that the result booklet will be available exclusively online, and no physical copies will be displayed at the Board’s offices in Tura or Shillong.

In what can only be described as a sign of the times, students and concerned parties will have to go digital or go without, as MBoSE continues to phase out traditional modes of result dissemination in favour of an online-first approach. It’s best not to hang about at the Board’s offices with hope in your heart — you’ll find naught but locked doors and silence.

The official MBoSE website (www.mbose.in) will carry the result booklet, which can be downloaded free of charge. Additionally, results can be accessed from the following partner websites:

For students awaiting their marks with bated breath, this announcement marks the final countdown. After months of poring over textbooks and burning the midnight oil, it’s nearly time for the results to do the talking. As ever, fingers crossed and chin up — whether it’s a cause for celebration or a moment to regroup, 5 May will bring clarity to thousands of young lives.

Have you checked whether your roll number is at the ready and internet connection steady.
